We are pleased to welcome you as an Exhibitor at the 34^th INTERNATIONAL BUILDING TRADE FAIR, which takes place on April 15 - 19, 2008, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

25/03/2008	Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval
09/04/2008	Stand Mounting Commencement
14/04/2008	Deadline for the Stand Fitting Completion, till 8.00 p. m.
15/04/2008	Event Opening for Visitors at 10.00 a. m. Event Festive Opening at 11.00 a. m.
19/04/2008	Event Closing, at 5.00 p. m. Stand Dismantle Commencement and Exhibit Removal, from 5.00 p. m. to 11.00 p. m.
22/04/2008	Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8.00 p. m.

May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves) and make payment of the space rent. You may send your design for approval also by e-mail, to the address:

In the stand mounting period, April 05-10, 2007 and the stand dismantle, April 16-17, 2007, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a. m. to 8.00 p. m.

IMPORTANT:

• After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.
• During the event, a parking lot behind the exhibiting halls, toward the Boulevard, will be reserved for the exhibitor vehicle parking.
• On the last event day, the truck entry will be permitted after 5.30 p. m.

SPECIAL REMARK:

The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be functional from its opening, on April 15, 2008, at 10.00 a. m. to the event closing, on April 19, 2008 at 5.00 p. m.
